    I can not complain about the actual work and cleaning they provided for me and my family it was A+++. However, due to me having a new number and my old phone given to my 8 year old I missed one family appt. Totally get it my fault for not updating my information, BUT I'm a little upset because twice I've came into a appointment and it had to be rescheduled due to over booking or a dental emergency the latter I understand, but I still made it to the office without a call to me but luckily I live maybe 7 minutes away and wasn't coming from Fayetteville. In both cases I assured them it's ok things happen. So for the practice to send me a letter wording it the way that they did terminating my family's care was disheartening.

    *Next time instead of putting "recent turn of events" please consider putting what the events were I totally forgot about those appointments was frantic with thoughts of what could have happened.
